The choice was obvious to me; indestructible and weather proof plastic. All together this camera mounting solution weighs in at a negligible 2.8 ounces! The base unit is one solid piece of machined black ABS while the swing arm is constructed of black G-10 Glass Epoxy for strength, rigidity and durability.
