Lastly, it had to fit in the travel case, while attached to my bow and without being removed. I wanted to design a system that could be permanently attached to my bow and not have to be removed every time I needed to pack the bow in its hard shell travel case. By moving the camera mount swing arm to the #3 position (straight forward from the bow, directly above the stabilizer), the bow can be easily placed in the travel case without the camera mounting system being loosened or removed from the bow. As you can see in the pictures above, I've been able to store my bow in its travel case using a number of different sized cameras and camcorders. I have found that things that must be removed from your bow for travel have the potential to be left behind!
